Trevor hosts The Morning Show and The Album Show. After a failed drama audition early in life, he studied economics and built a career in business while staying involved in music for 50+ years. In the 1970s & 80s, he was a member of South Australian band The Visitors, who had minor chart success with Ellen Street in 1980.
After moving to Melbourne in 1991, he formed The Netherby Brothers with Greg Leon, performing in inner-city cafes, bars, and festivals. They won a bronze medal at the 1997 Australian Songwriting Association National Awards for Queen Bess Row, and Trevor earned a gold medal in 2006 for Beaconsfield. After Greg’s passing in 2020, Trevor continued his solo music career.
He and his partner Lee convene the Roddy Read Memorial Songwriting Competition at the Maldon Folk Festival. His latest CD, Blue Sky, launched at the 2024 Words in Winter festival and is featured on HEPFM’s off-air playlist.
Clive Hartley is co-hosts for Put A Cork In It and The Gardening Show. After training and working in hotel management in the late 80s, he co-ran the award-winning Hoult’s Wine Bar in South London and its adjoining wholesale wine warehouse, where he developed his passion for wine.
In the 90’s Clive became Senior Head Teacher of Food and Beverage at Sydney’s prestigious Ryde College. He also earned a Diploma in Teaching and a Degree in Education while exploring Australia’s major wine regions and importing wines for retail stores. His international travels have taken him to renowned wine estates worldwide.
He established the internationally award-winning Sydney Wine Academy in 2008. Clive has been a wine journalist for the past 25 years and is the author of the Australian Wine Guide, now into its 7th edition.
He was awarded the ‘Legend of the Vine’ by Wine Communicators Australia in 2017 for his “outstanding contribution to the Australian Wine Industry” He is an honorary member of the Australian Sommelier Association and life member of Wine Communicators Australia.
Max hosts The Breakfast Show on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week, and co-hosts Queer Country. He spent eight years hosting a show on the Rainbow Radio community radio station and also currently presents on Phoenix FM in Bendigo and Main FM in Castlemaine.
Max is involved with all manner of community groups and was recognised for his community service in 2023 with the Ageing Well Award by the Governor of Victoria Margaret Gardner and Minister for Ageing Ingrid Stitt.
Max is passionate about local issues and is a beloved member of the Shire community.
He also volunteers for a number of local initiatives including the Daylesford NYE Parade & Gala, and is the founder of Ageing Disgracefully.
Ian currently hosts weekly shows Curtain Up, Queer Country and Chartbusters. He moved to Daylesford from Sydney 6 years ago with his husband of 31 years after searching for a tree change in retirement, purchasing a property at Sailors Falls, called Petticoat Junction. They immediately fell in love with the wonderful lifestyle and people of Daylesford.
Ian is a pharmacologist by training who worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 50 years but during the early 90s left the industry to answer the community call to fight HIV/AIDS, where he spent 6 years as the National Treatments Officer at AFAO.
Robyn co-presents The Travel Show and Put a Cork In It, and joins Max on Fridays for The Breakfast Show. Her background is in the corporate world as a management consultant specialising in project management and organisational change management for IT.
Since arriving in Daylesford in 2015, Robyn has been volunteering as a member of the International Women’s Day Committee, past President of the Swiss Italian Festa, Cook at The Good Grub Club, and The Wombat Post Board. Robyn also works for the Healthy Lunch Kitchen 2 days a week providing healthy lunches for six local schools.
Chris hosts The Thursday Morning Brew. During most working hours he runs a successful recruitment business he founded during Covid. Chris has a passion for music spanning the decades and his eclectic mixes have a different theme each week.
He moved to Daylesford in 2023 and loves the lifestyle and the people. Born in Australia but spent most of his life in the UK where during the heady 90’s and beyond Chris developed his passion for music and this has matured into the present day resulting in an extensive library of music knowledge. He jumped at the chance to be part of the HEPFM radio crew when the opportunity came up. Chris also volunteers for the Daylesford NYE Parade and Gala.

Adam Ford is editor of the Top Oz Tours & Travel Ideas website and a travel TV presenter and commentator. He has travelled extensively through Australia, Europe, Asia, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Adam worked as a travel consultant with Flight Centre before taking up the opportunity to travel the world himself as host of the Saturday TV series Tour the World on Network Ten. He was a regular travel contributor on Sky News and the Talking Lifestyle Radio Network and now contributes semi-regularly to Melbourne radio station 3AW. He loves to experience everything a new destination has to offer and is equally at home in a five-star Palazzo in Pisa or a homestay in Hanoi.
Jackie Hartley hosts The Quiet Storm music show on a Sunday evening. She was a Practice Manager for a surgeon for 25 years whilst bringing up a family on the Central Coast of NSW.
Now retired she can pursue her love of music which started with dancing to her father’s band in the 60s & 70s & then living in London where nightclubs such as Stringfellows was her playground. Jackie plays golf & tennis and spends many hours gardening after daily walking her dog.
Lesley Hewitt presents the Second Tuesday Book Review with Max Primmer at 9.30am on the second Tuesday of the month (usually). Lesley belongs to two book clubs and has been reading books since she was 5 years old.
With Lesley’s background in social work, the books chosen often reflect topics that are current social issues. The Second Tuesday Book Review also prioritises local authors, many of whom are interviewed on the program. The session is followed up with a written review in the Wombat Post and can also be accessed via a Hepburn Radio podcast. The books reviewed are available from our local library and Paradise Books, Daylesford.
